My name is Johnny Wilder. I am happily married to my beautiful wife Heather. Together we have 3 amazing daughters. I moved to Illinois about 14 years ago from southern California. I really wanted to get away from the business of California and start something new in a smaller area where I could settle down and raise my family.

I have been tattooing professionally for the last 13 years. I opened my shop Poor Boys Tattoo ten years ago. I have three additional artists and one piercer currently. While I specialize in black and grey/color photo realism, my other artists are well versed in most any other style of tattoo.
